I contacted the company about some orders I didn't make. They canceled the orders.

However, I paid $50 on my account on the 12/10. They charged my bank for that and then on the 12/11 they charged another payment of $91, which I did not authorize. When I contacted them about it, they first claimed they did not have a record of either amount.

I told them it was paid by my bank, they still claimed they had no record and could not find any account in my name. This is a very poor way to conduct business.

Awesome I love wards and yes I would refer people. I am going to get married and I am trying to make sure my order status get to me and the customer service agent was very helpful.

I bought a flannel shirt with a hood and paid 34 dollars plus 18 dollars for shipping, which is ridiculous. The shirt is extremely thin and the quality is terrible, which is extremely disappointing.

I doubt there is anything you can do, but maybe you will make it right, or I won't be buying anything from your store again. Thank you for your help.

Was resolved, had harrassing phone calls and texts when website messed up. Website said i have no payment due at this time and then they kept saying i owe 2 payments in calls and texts.

I have never not paid my bill but paid ahead. My issue was taken care of now and resolved.

Nothing she was awesome helping me return an item that did not work she was very nice very respectful and cared about my situation with an item that didnt work, so I am very appeased at the customer service that I have received today from her as always I never have a problem with Montgomery or customer service people are very great.

Was on credit report delinquency payment account is paid in full as of 9/2023 was on credit report as not paid

I call wenday spoke lady said I'll get credited for everything and I call today man told me same said I won't owe nothing that you'll well closed my account like I want well I need you'll do it ASAP let exprian know

No problem except I purchased a refrigerato that says it fits ten 12oz cans, well, it does not! I am STILL waiting for my address label to send it bavk and get my credit.
