Horrible customer service. Ordered a product online on the 12th of Dec.

2016. It was shipped on Dec. 14th and still no delivery on the 22nd. of Dec.

The tracking stated returned to shipper due to delivery address problem. Called M. Ward and verified delivery info. to be correct and they stated it would be reshipped but would not arrive until the 27th otherwise i would have to pay increased delivery fees.

This was a Christmas present. First and last time I will ever order from them.

Don't order from them. They should have paid the extra delivery fees to accommodate the customer since it is not my fault.
